Questback Leverages Power of the AWS Public Cloud With Expanded Academic Edition Offering

06th September, 2018

Questback has released their cloud-based, survey solution for the education sector, Academic Edition, to the American market in the Amazon Web Services Public Cloud (AWS). As close to 20 million students across the US get ready to enroll in their first day of college or university, Questback brings the power of feedback and insights to the world of academia. This new market offering equips students, professors and researchers with a set of dynamic and powerful survey tools, enabling them to tackle any given number of complex qualitative and quantitative research projects with ease.

Questback’s Academic Edition is expansive and multi-faceted. Students can use the solution to underpin their studies, administrators and professors to improve student and faculty experiences, and departments to increase staff and alumni engagement.

“The launch of this public cloud-based solution comes at a time when we’re embarking on our own bold technology transformation journey. The significant enhancements we’ve made to our core technology have created the capability for us to quickly and efficiently leverage new ecosystems, such as AWS’s public cloud, to bring agile feedback solutions to market,” cites Nick Sjovall, Questback’s Head of Strategy.

Frank Møllerop, Global CEO and President of North America said, “This initiative illustrates the continuing and exciting evolution of our marketplace solutions and ecosystem of freemium and AI-infused premium offerings. It builds on the successful launch of Salespulse, our native cloud app in Salesforce’s App Exchange, which delivers sales performance improvement through embedded feedback.”

Since its 2004 launch in Europe, Questback’s Academic Edition has helped more than 70,000 students, postgraduates and faculty from over 400 universities gather the data they need to make their research projects shine. The platform has more than 24,000 active users, all of whom rely on the technology to either change the world with their research or deliver better academic experiences for faculty and students alike.
