Questback Group published their Q2 2022 trading update Friday 15th of July. The company reports overall strong key operational metrices, including 15.4% Annual Recurring Revenue growth (ARR) and a solid Net Retention Rate of 110%.
The company achieved 166% growth in New total ARR (new ARR to new customers + new ARR to existing customers) compared to Q2 2021. Growth of New Customers Sales by 60 % and growth of Expansion Sales by 114% compared to the same period last year. Net Retention Rate, reflecting their ability to both retain and grow existing customer base of 110 % in Q2 2022 (93 % in Q2 2021). Overall, y/y growth in total ARR per end of Q2 2022 was 15.4%, up from negative 2.4% per end of Q2 2021.
