We experience that many of the CEOs in the companies we meet have limited support from, and interaction with their boards or owners. By actively supporting, coaching and energizing top management, we can contribute to creating a strong momentum in the company. One of our most important roles is to work with management to ensure clear strategies, objectives and focus areas for the development of the company.

When making additional acquisitions in a portfolio company, we most often participate directly in the acquisition and integration processes. Together, we have made over 90 add-on acquisitions in the portfolio.

Reiten & Co was established in 1992 as an independent financial advisory and M&A boutique. The company got a lot of clients within different business segments. One of the assignments was to rise capital for Norman Data Defence Systems and to assist developing the company further.
The investments in Proffice and Tele1 Europe marks the first private equity structure managed by Reiten & Co.
Based on a strong track record the first blind-pool vehicle was raised at the end of 2002, later to be followed by international fund structures in 2004 and 2007.
Even if Reiten & Co has listed companies since inception, Data Respons was the first investment in a listed company done by Reiten Fund VII.
