Thomas joined Reiten & Co in 2021 as a Senior Advisor and as an Industrial PhD Candidate at BI Norwegian Business School – specializing within strategy and strategy implementation. He has extensive experience within strategy processes, strategy implementation, governance, capital structures , M&A, digital transformations, and leadership.
Thomas holds a Master of Business Administration from Syracuse University, N.Y and BA in Business Organisation from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh. He is presently the Chaiman of Kongsberg Digital and an advisor for a number of companies. Prior to joining Reiten & Co, he spent 30 years in the financial sector of which 21 years with Danske Bank where he acted as Chief Executive Officer from 2013 to 2018.
